৯. জিভি কোডটি পাওয়ার জন্য কাস্টমারকে অবশ্যই ক্যাশ কাউন্টারে তার ফোন নম্বর প্রদান করতে হবে। তার লা রিভ অ্যাপ অ্যাকাউন্টটিও ওই একই নম্বরে নিবন্ধিত হতে হবে।
১০. ক্ষেত্রবিশেষে জিভি কোডের এসএমএস পেতে দেরি হলে কাস্টমার তার প্রিন্টেড ইনভয়েজ কপি অথবা অ্যাপ থেকেই কোডটি সংগ্রহ করতে পারবেন। লা রিভ অ্যাপটি ইতিমধ্যে ডাউনলোড করা না থাকলে, কাস্টমার গুগল প্লে ও আইওএস অ্যাপ স্টোর থেকে সহজেই ইন্সটল করতে পারেন।
১১. যেকোন সময় এই অফারটি সংশোধন, শর্তাবলীর সংযোজন ও পরিমার্জন এবং বাতিল করার সকল অধিকার লা রিভ কতৃর্পক্ষ সংরক্ষণ করে।
