Why might my credit card be refused?

- You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that
you have filled in all the required fields correctly.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes, the data are transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with
Visa and Mastercard, only SET transactions (secure electronic
transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is
included in the SET system, the system will contact the
card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorize the purchase.
When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be
charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.
Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc.
-never a PO Box) or to the Le Reve store of your choice.
Can the delivery country be different from the purchase
country?
No. As of now the delivery can be done only in BanglaDesh..
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the location. Inside Bangladesh it
will take 1 to 4 working days.
How much do I pay for delivery service?
Inside Bangladesh
- 1 to 2 pcs = BDT 80
- 3 to 5 pcs = BDT 120
- 6 to 8 pcs = BDT 170
- After that per pcs products will cost BDT 30.

What is the home delivery process?
If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email
confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order
leaves the warehouse), another with the tracking number (with a
link to the courier’s web page) and finally the courier will send
you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.
What is the store delivery process?
If you have chosen store delivery, we will send you a text
message when your order will arrive (you will have 15 days to
collect it). It is necessary to show the order number and the
Identification Document of the person who collects the parcel.
Can I exchange my products?
Yes, you have two options:
- FOR ANOTHER SIZE, as long as it is the same price, no
additional payment necessary.
- FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM, Le Reve will not refund and you can
purchase a new item from our store with the same price or more
than that. You have to make the additional payment.
If you wish to exchange an item from home, you have to return
the item and make a new purchase online.
How long do I have to make an exchange?
All exchanges must be made within 10 days of the e-mail
confirming shipment.
Can I exchange my items at any Le Reve store?
Yes, as long as it is in the same country in which the purchase
was made and has the section to which the product belongs (woman,
man, kids).
