T&C:

1. Free Exchange is available only on your first exchange for another size or another product.
2. Exchange request must be placed within 10 days of order received.
3. Exchange offer only applicable if the product is not used, washed and all price & product tags are intact.
4. This free exchange offer is available for all areas within Bangladesh.
5. Only in metropolitan areas of Dhaka, Sylhet, Khulna, Narayangonj parcel will be picked & exchanged by Le Reve fulfillment team.
6. For other cities, customers have to send the products by themselves to us at Le Reve (Reve Tex Ltd.) Mollik Tower, 11th floor, 13-14, Chiriakhana Main Road, Mirpur 1, Dhaka-1216.
7. For exchanges from cities other then Dhaka, Sylhet, Khulna, Narayanganj, customer has to share the Parcel Booking receipt over WhatsApp.
8. Le Reve will issue a coupon code of the same amount to redeem at next online order/purchase.
