These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. They are our copyrighted intellectual property. Any use by third parties for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
Account: Your Le Reve SG account for placing Orders.
Platform: The Le Reve SG website (www.lereve.sg).
Customer: Individual placing an order.
Order: Order submitted via the Platform.
Contract: Legal agreement between Le Reve and Customer upon shipment.
Product: Any item sold on the Platform.
Business Day: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Singapore time, excluding public holidays.
You confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and legally capable of entering contracts under Singapore law to place an Order.
You must not misuse the Platform, extract data with automated tools, post malicious content, or infringe intellectual property rights. Breaches may result in action under the Singapore Copyright Act, the Computer Misuse Act, or other applicable laws.
These T&C apply to all Orders on the Platform and supersede prior agreements.
Registration: You must provide accurate details. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
Formation of Contract: Orders are confirmed only upon shipment. Order acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance.
Price & Payment: All prices include Singapore GST (currently 9%) where applicable. Our GST Registration No. is 200609354W. Payments may be made via credit/debit cards, PayPal, PayNow, or other approved payment gateways.
Mistaken Orders: Contact Customer Service immediately.
Refusal of Order: Le Reve reserves the right to cancel Orders at its discretion; refunds will be issued if payment has been made.
Standard shipping is offered within Singapore and approved international destinations.
Delivery dates are estimates. Le Reve is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, courier issues, or customs clearance.
Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery.
Orders may be cancelled before packing via the Platform.
Once packed, items must be returned according to the Return Policy.
You have a 7-day return period. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
Refunds are issued after inspection. International returns may incur shipping costs.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Lemon Law.
If a Product is faulty, contact Customer Service with Order details.
Replacement or refund will be provided at Le Reve’s discretion.
Coupons and vouchers may be redeemed only on the Platform under the applicable terms and conditions. Le Reve reserves the right to cancel or limit usage if fraud is suspected.
Platform content is provided “as-is.” Le Reve is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This clause does not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
You agree to indemnify Le Reve for losses arising from misuse of the Platform or breach of these T&C.
We collect, use and disclose personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”). Please refer to our Privacy Policy [insert hyperlink] for details.
Le Reve is not liable for delays caused by strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Any notice sent by email shall be deemed served within 2 Business Days. Any notice sent by post within Singapore shall be deemed served within 2 Business Days.
All Platform content is the intellectual property of Le Reve. No reproduction or commercial use is allowed without our prior written permission.
Legal linking is allowed only to our homepage. Framing or implying affiliation without permission is prohibited.
These T&C are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
Le Reve may amend these T&C at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the amended T&C.
Le Reve may terminate accounts at its discretion for T&C violations, fraud, or abusive behaviour.
