Return and Exchange

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In their original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

No. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:

  • Discounted, promotional, or “final sale” items
  • Intimates, swimwear, and accessories (if applicable to your products)

You can return items in two ways:

  • In-store: Visit our Centrium Square store (Singapore) with the item and proof of purchase.
  • By courier: Email us at support@lereve.sg for return approval. Once confirmed, send the item back using a reliable courier service.

  • In-store returns: Free of charge.
  • Courier returns: The customer bears the shipping cost, unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be issued:

  • Back to your original payment method, or
  • As store credit (immediately available after approval).

Yes. Exchanges are allowed and subject to stock availability. For in-store exchanges, we recommend calling us beforehand to check stock for your preferred item.

Yes. We deliver to Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
